Erin Freeland

Erin Freeland is a seasoned professional in people operations and recruiting, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at PicnicHealth since October 2020. At PicnicHealth, the focus is on building extensive real-world datasets for healthcare research while empowering patients over their medical records. Previously, Erin held key roles at Tubi, including People Programs Manager, where significant initiatives included launching engagement surveys and 360 reviews, as well as managing a business recruiting team during Tubi's growth following acquisition by Fox Corporation. Erin's career also includes recruiting positions at Intercom, Domino Data Lab, and TubeMogul, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruitment and team management across various sectors in the tech and creative industries.
