Chin Hong T. has held various HR and talent acquisition roles throughout their career. Chin Hong started in 2009 with a summer internship at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology, and Research. Chin Hong then worked as a Personal Banker at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in 2010. In 2011, they became an Executive Financial Planner at Great Eastern Life, where they provided insurance and financial services. In 2016, they joined Randstad Singapore as an Associate Consultant, responsible for candidate sourcing and client management. In 2017, they moved to Kelly Services as a Senior Consultant, where they handled account management, job requisition, executive search, and training. Currently, they are working at Pico as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Consultant, progressing through positions of AVP and Vice President, specializing in APAC.

Chin Hong T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as IHRP-CP from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in November 2021 and Certified HR Analytics Professional from Singapore Management University in 2021.
