Michał Zbońkowski has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they worked as an Administrator of Information Systems at Isys Sp. z o.o., where they created database applications and collaborated with the accounting department. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NetShock.pl sp.j., leading IT projects, analyzing business requirements, and managing development teams. During this time, they also worked as a Scrum Product Owner/Scrum Master, specializing in website and online shop creation, online marketing campaigns, Google AdWords, web traffic analysis, and social media strategies.

Following that, from 2015 to 2016, Michał was the E-Commerce Manager at Helikon-Tex Sp. z o.o., responsible for developing e-commerce strategies, launching a global sales platform, and implementing automated marketing tools. Michał then joined Teletorium Sp. z o.o. as the Director of E-Commerce & Marketing, overseeing the company's e-commerce and marketing functions.

From 2018 to 2019, Michał joined Skąpiec.pl as the Director of Business Analysis Department. In this role, they were involved in various responsibilities such as data management, project risk identification, monitoring market trends, supervising and managing a team of business website analysts, and implementing web analytics and conversion optimization tools.

Moving to Unity Group in 2019, Michał took on the position of Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, where they provided expertise in digital transformation strategies. Additionally, they served as the Project Portfolio Manager (e-commerce) at Unity Group, responsible for managing project schedules and methodologies.

In 2021, Michał became the Head of Product at IAI, where they led product development initiatives. Finally, from July 2023, they will assume the role of Head of Product at Picodi.com.

Throughout their career, Michał has worked with a diverse range of technologies and platforms, including Google Marketing Platform, Yandex.Metrica, MySQL, Magento, MailChimp, and various other tools and frameworks.

Michał Zbońkowski's education history is as follows:

- From 2000 to 2004, Michał attended Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Finansów we Wrocławiu, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics.

- From 2004 to 2007, they studied at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, obtaining a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Management and Marketing.

- In 2016, Michał pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, completing it in 2017.

- Since 2016, they have been a PhD Student at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, focusing on the Doctoral Program in Economics, Management, and Finance.

- In December 2004, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco.

- In January 2015, they acquired the Google Ads Certified Professional and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.

- In July and August 2015, Michał obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO) certifications from Scrum.org.

- In October 2015, they received the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

- In September 2016, Michał became a UX-PM Level 1 certified professional from UXalliance.

- In January 2017, they obtained the SALESmanago Marketing Automation Certified Professional certification from SALESmanago Marketing Automation.

- In June 2019, they became AgilePM Foundation certified from APMG International.

- Finally, in November 2022, Michał acquired the Fundamentals of Agile Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
