Kate Hollingsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kate started their career at Question Mark Entertainment & 36D Productions as a Production Coordinator, where they worked closely with directors and producers in managing the production office and coordinating with the set. Kate then moved on to work as a Production Coordinator for Caribbean's Next Top Model, taking charge of various responsibilities such as organizing the production office, handling logistics, and acting as a liaison between the crew and set.

After this, Kate served as an Executive Assistant at Mother and VCCP, gaining valuable administrative experience. Kate then transitioned to McCann Worldgroup, where they excelled as a Head Producer, managing the production process for regional and international brands. Kate'sresponsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, and sourcing suppliers.

Kate further expanded their skills as a Freelance Production Manager at CNBC International, overseeing project delivery and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Kate then joined ShootMedia, where they worked as a Creative Services Manager, efficiently managing creative resources and production projects.

Continuing their career progression, Kate joined Little Big Fish Films Ltd as a Production Manager, where they handled a wide range of production tasks, from scheduling and budgeting to client interaction and creative input. Most recently, they have held the position of Head Of Business Operations at Technicolor and Picture Shop, supporting the achievement of business goals through leadership, compliance management, and improved business performance.

Throughout their career, Kate has consistently demonstrated their ability to adapt to evolving business needs and successfully manage projects from concept to fruition.

Kate Hollingsworth has a diverse education history. Kate completed a professional course in Risk and Crisis Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they pursued a short course in Production Management for Television at ScreenSkills in 2016-2017.

Prior to these courses, Kate Hollingsworth obtained 3 A Levels in English Literature, Politics, and Law from Epping Forest College. In 2017, they also completed a short course in Emergency First Aid at Work at the British Red Cross and a Risk Assessment Training course at CPD.
