Stacey Bailey

Stacey Bailey currently serves as the Head of Driver Operations at Picup, where responsibilities include directing the daily operations of a network of approximately 3000 on-demand drivers, implementing strategies to enhance driver performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. Previously, Stacey held the position of Regional Manager for Delivery Operations at OrderIn, where significant achievements included developing Standard Operating Procedures and improving on-time delivery SLAs. In earlier roles at Uber, Stacey focused on facilities management across multiple African countries, and at Groupon, responsibilities included office management and IT support. Stacey's extensive experience in operational leadership is complemented by a strong educational background, having attended Crawford College La Lucia and Our Lady of Fatima.
