Michael Fitzsimmons

Michael Fitzsimmons has a strong background in talent acquisition, with their most recent role being as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Picus Security starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at TLA from July 2017 to April 2022. Before joining TLA, Michael worked at Jambo Ltd, where they held multiple positions including IT & Digital Recruitment Manager from March 2009 to June 2017, Lead IT & Digital Recruitment Consultant from April 2011 to February 2013, and Senior IT & Digital Recruitment Consultant from March 2009 to March 2011. Michael also gained experience as an IT & Digital Recruitment Consultant at jjFOX from August 2008 to February 2009. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in recruiting technical candidates for diverse organizations across the UK and Europe.

Michael Fitzsimmons received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Science/Geography from the University of Liverpool, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In 2020, they enrolled in Liverpool John Moores University and completed a degree in Human Resource Management - CIPD Level 5, which lasted until 2021.
