Daniel Weyl

Daniel Weyl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive technology sector. Since August 2016, Daniel has served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development at NXP Semiconductors, where Daniel previously held the title of Vice President of Software R&D. Additionally, Daniel has been a board member at the ITEA Office since November 2020. Prior to joining NXP Semiconductors, Daniel worked at Freescale Semiconductor from August 2008 to July 2016, progressing from Director of Automotive Software to Automotive Software Manager. Daniel's earlier experience includes nearly eleven years at BMW as a Project Manager in Research & Technology, and Daniel holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
