Pratik Thakkar

Pratik Thakkar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Pidilite Industries Limited since November 2018. Prior to this role, Pratik held the position of National Talent Acquisition Lead at Vodafone Idea Limited from June 2012 to October 2018, focusing on attracting top talent, enhancing employer branding, and establishing processes for success. Earlier career experiences include serving as Regional Business Head at Ma Foi Randstad from August 2003 to May 2012, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Royal Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from April 2002 to August 2003. Pratik holds a Master's degree in Human Resource from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, an Executive Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
