Dinesh Rai's work experience begins with their current role as the Product Lead of AI and Clinical Experience at Pieces, starting in September 2022. In this position, they have led the implementation of cutting-edge large language models, improving medical summarization processes and enhancing client satisfaction. Dinesh has also integrated these models across the product line, reducing costs and improving accuracy. Furthermore, they have built an internal interface for testing ideas using proprietary methodology and data.

Prior to this, Dinesh held the position of CEO and Chief Medical Officer at AI Health Tech, starting in September 2022. Here, they provided expert consulting services to health tech companies, utilizing their medical, technical, and AI product development skills to drive innovation and growth. Dinesh assisted clients in understanding clinical workflows and developing products with strong market potential, while also offering strategic guidance on model improvement, data analysis, and coding.

Before entering the tech industry, Dinesh gained experience in healthcare at Northwell Health. Dinesh worked as an Emergency Medicine Attending and Informatics Fellow from July 2021 to June 2022, and as an Emergency Medicine Resident from July 2018 to June 2021.

Earlier in their career, Dinesh worked as a Clinical Information Manager at Emergency Medical Associates, where they ensured accurate documentation, managed lab and radiology results, and assigned proper billing codes. Dinesh also worked as a Financial Advisor at Seelaus & Co and as a Procurement Analyst Co-op at Bristol Myers Squibb.

Dinesh's work experience also includes a role as a Resident Assistant at Rutgers University, where they supervised a diverse community of students and fostered social interaction.

Dinesh Rai completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (B.S) in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences from Rutgers Business School, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Dinesh Rai has obtained additional certifications. Dinesh completed the "Become a Machine Learning Engineer" certification from LinkedIn in October 2022 and the "Deep Learning: Model Optimization and Tuning" certification, also from LinkedIn, in July 2022.
