Fernando Vargas-Barrera is an aspiring marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Program Intern at the Atlanta Regional Commission, focused on enhancing transit usage in Metro Atlanta and increasing user engagement with the GCO GA Commute app. Additionally, Fernando holds the position of Vice President of Programming for the American Marketing Association, managing partnerships for employment opportunities and administrative tasks. Experience as a Server Captain at Rumi's Kitchen includes promoting new items and utilizing consumer research techniques. Fernando also contributes as the Internal Relations Officer for La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc., and serves as the Treasurer for the Multicultural Greek Council at Georgia State University, overseeing budgets and fundraising initiatives. Past roles include Administrative Secretary for the Dunwoody Business Club and Student Ambassador at Georgia State University. Fernando is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Georgia State University, building on an Associate of Science in Business Administration.
