Ray McKown

Mr. McKown became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company on February 12, 2020. Previously, he served as Assistant Secretary of the Company from October 2018 to February 2020. Mr. McKown has served in the general counsel’s office in various capacities since 2005, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel.
