George Protogirou

George Protogirou, MBA, PMP has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. George has held various leadership roles throughout their career, showcasing their ability to manage teams and drive results. George'smost recent position was as the General Manager & Managing Director at Pieralisi, where they were responsible for the overall operations and profitability of the territory. Prior to this, they worked at CLOVER Advanced Equipment Trading LLC as the Acting Director, overseeing multiple strategic business units. George also has experience in project management and business analysis, having worked at Yas Holding as the Acting Director of Support Services and PMO Manager. George has extensive experience in operations and sales management, having held senior positions at Elite Agro LLC, Tecnomec, Papathanassiou SA, and Sabo SA.

George Protogirou holds an MBA from Bayes Business School, which they obtained in 1996. Prior to that, they completed their MSc Equivalent - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Patras from 1986 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, George has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including "Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance" and "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" from LinkedIn. George has also completed courses in areas such as self-confidence, business performance measurement, entrepreneurship, and financial planning. Furthermore, George has a technical specialty in the battalion of supplies and transports from the Greek Armed Forces. George is currently working towards obtaining professional project management accreditation.
