Samuel J. Ferreri

Sam has more than 36 years of planning and design experience on projects within the education, civic, mixed-use, public safety, justice, and retail sectors. Recent commissions include the Master Plan for JM Family Enterprises, Florida Atlantic University Parliament Hall, and the Midtown Apartments in Gainesville, Florida.

Sam’s community involvement includes serving as a local Mayor for 29 years, chairing Seven50 (a seven-county regional planning council that has created a 50-year vision for south Florida), and serving on the board of directors of the Southeast Florida Alzheimer’s Association and Wellington Regional Hospital.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Florida A&M University and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Florida.
