Karl-Johan Börjeson

Karl-Johan Börjeson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karl-Johan is currently serving as the Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO) - Interim for Pierce Group - Riders in Ecommerce since June 2022. Previously, they worked as the Sortiment och Inköpsdirektör at Kronans Apotek from April 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they held the roles of Tf Sortiment & Inköpsdirektör Nearfood and Business Area Manager Home Care, Baby/Diapers, Pet Food at ICA Gruppen from October 2018 to April 2019 and from June 2014 to October 2018, respectively. Prior to ICA Gruppen, they worked as a Senior Category / Customer Marketing Manager at Unilever from March 2011 to June 2014. Additionally, they served as a Key Account Manager at LEGO Group from 2009 to 2011, and as a Product Manager (Microsoft Works & Ad Funded Software) and Program Manager (MSN Messenger) at Microsoft from 2006 to 2009 and from 2006 to 2007, respectively. Karl-Johan also worked at Philip Morris International (Switzerland) in various roles including Manager CRM Solutions, Business Planner, and Marketing & Sales Trainee from 2001 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they were a Research Assistant to the Vice President of Research and Planning Department at Pace University in 2000, and a Sales Representative at Coca-Cola for a brief period in 1999.

Karl-Johan Börjeson obtained an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University in 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration at the University of Skövde.
