Ruben Cuellar

Ruben Cuellar has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ruben started their career as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at TeleTech in 2010 before moving on to Kenexa (now IBM Kenexa - Business Partner) in 2011 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. At Kenexa, Ruben provided HR solutions for clients such as Ford Motor Company and Baker Hughes Operations. In 2015, they joined Pierpoint International, where they initially worked as a Recruitment Consultant, providing support to clients such as Accenture, Microsoft, and Cisco, among others. Ruben then progressed to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, overseeing full-cycle recruitment projects across multiple markets and leading a team of recruiters and sourcers. Currently, Ruben is working as a Recruitment Project Lead at Pierpoint International.

Ruben Cuellar holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs, which they obtained from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at Universidad del Salvador, from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Ruben has obtained certifications in inclusive recruiting from Textio in January 2022.
