Jill Lutgen

Jill Lutgen has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Jill currently serves as an HR Director at Pierre Fabre Group, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR policies. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics and Mondelēz International, where they focused on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Jill also held HR positions at Beiersdorf and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they implemented HR strategies and supported managers in various areas such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. Jill began their career as an HR Assistant and Payroll Officer before taking on roles as a Dossierbeheerder at ADMB and Uitzendconsulente at People Interim.

Jill Lutgen attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1996 to 1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences. Jill then attended Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 1998 to 2001, earning another Bachelor's degree, this time in Marketing.
