Job Description or Job Duties:

Maintain standards of service delivery by HRSA as a Federally Qualified Health Center.  Examine patients as a generalist dentist, taking medical histories, examining, administer or direct testing, prescribe treatment and/or medications, chart patient progress, and referrals to specialists. Develop, coordinate and/or provide input on the development and maintenance of dental practice guidelines, policies and methodologies for our community outreach initiatives.  Work with clinical and administrative partners within the agency to develop team effectiveness and engagement to better serve patients within the communities.

Minimum Requirements:

DDS or DMD Dentist Degree or foreign equivalent; Ohio Dental License
