Nneka Nnatubeugo

Nneka Nnatubeugo has a strong background in scientific research and product management. Nneka is currently working as a Scientific Product Manager at Pillar Biosciences Incorporated since May 2022, where they oversee the development and management of scientific products. Prior to this, they worked as a Study Manager in Next-Generation Sequencing at Azenta Life Sciences from April 2021 to May 2022.

Nneka also has experience as a Research and Development Specialist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2020 to April 2021, where they contributed to research and development projects. Before that, they worked as an Associate Scientist in NGS at the New York Genome Center from November 2018 to October 2020, focusing on genomic research.

Nneka'searlier career includes roles as a Research Support in Genomics at The Rockefeller University from October 2014 to November 2018 and as an Independent Study Researcher at Bowdoin College from September 2013 to January 2014. Nneka also gained research experience as an NSF Funded Research Assistant at the University of Oregon in June 2012 and at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in June 2011.

Nneka Nnatubeugo holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry from Bowdoin College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Computational Thinking Using Python" from MITx on edX in December 2019, "Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science" from edX in December 2019, and "Introduction to Programming Using Python" from edX in October 2019.
