Zachary Weiss

Zachary Weiss is a multifaceted professional with a background in both the performing arts and engineering. Currently employed as a dancer at Pilobolus since June 2021, Zachary previously held roles as a Software Engineer I and Data Engineer at Domusys Inc. from July 2020 to June 2021. Academic experience includes a position as a Robotics Teaching Assistant at Swarthmore College, where Zachary taught robotics concepts and assisted students with coding and debugging on the Turtlebot platform. In the summer of 2019, Zachary was an Engineering Researcher at the University of Maryland's A. James Clark School of Engineering, contributing to the development of the Robo-Raven project. Additional experience includes work as an Embedded System Engineer at StrongArm Tech and as an Engineering Research Assistant at Swarthmore College, where Zachary published research on optimizing microscopy techniques through deep learning. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Swarthmore College between 2017 and 2020.
