Lisa Medford

Lisa Medford is a seasoned professional in the insurance and claims industry, currently serving as a Litigation Specialist at CIS Claim Services since January 2022 and as a Litigation Specialist Team Lead at CIS Group, LLC since September 2023. Since February 2019, Lisa has also worked as a Remote Auto Damage Appraiser for Root Insurance Company and has held the role of Independent Adjuster at WORLEY and Pilot Catastrophe Service since August 2018 and September 2017, respectively. In earlier positions, Lisa was a Senior Liability Claims Investigator at Liberty Mutual Insurance from July 2014 to December 2016 and began a career at the University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Counselor and Job Fair Recruiter.
