Lee Braddock

Lee Braddock's work experience includes various roles in supply chain management. In 2023, they worked as the Head of Supply Chain at Pilot Group Ltd. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Head of Supply Chain Development at Poundland & Dealz, where they also served as the Supply Chain Transformation Lead for a brief period. From 2021 to 2022, Lee worked as the Head of Optimisation Centre (CoE) at Co-op, leading the transformation of the retail business supply chain and logistics functions.

Previously, Lee held the position of Category Replenishment Manager at Co-op, where they implemented successful supply chain solutions and led cross-functional teams. Lee also worked as the Business Transformation Lead for Supply Chain and as the Head of Ambient and Frozen Supply Chain at Co-op.

Before joining Co-op, Lee had roles as Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager, Supply Chain Project Manager, Supply Chain Development Manager, and Inventory Analyst at various companies such as Rose Forgrove Ltd and Co-operative Retail Services.

Lee Braddock obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Purchasing and Logistics at The University of Salford between 2001 and 2004.
