Bob Heller

Bob Heller has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Bob is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Land at Pilot Water Solutions since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Land Manager at Permian Resources from October 2022 to July 2023. Bob also served as a Land Supervisor at ConocoPhillips from January 2021 to October 2022. From 2011 to 2021, they held various positions at Concho, including Land Supervisor and Senior Landman. Before entering the oil and gas industry, they worked as an Attorney at Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin & Browder, Inc. from August 2006 to April 2010.

Bob Heller attended Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a BBA with a focus in Management. Bob then pursued their Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Law from 2003 to 2006. After completing their education, they obtained a License to Practice Law in Texas from the State Bar of Texas in 2006, and later obtained a License to Practice Law in New Mexico from the State Bar of New Mexico in 2008.
