Director, Customer Operations and Experience at Pilot

Kasey Augustine has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh for four months. In 2013, they gained experience as a Food Service Associate/Server at Delaware North Companies, where they provided exceptional customer service and assisted with food orders. During the same year, they also served as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at ubumm and as an Office Operations Associate at Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp. In 2015, Kasey joined Pilot, a telecom company, and worked their way up from a Customer Experience Associate to a Manager of Customer Operations. Kasey then became a Senior Manager of Customer Experience before assuming their most recent role as the Director of Customer Operations and Experience. Their responsibilities at Pilot included ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing user-friendly support systems, and guaranteeing 100% uptime.

Kasey Augustine began their education at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, where they received a diploma in 2009. They then attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in French and Business. In 2011, Kasey studied abroad at Arcadia University in Athens, Greece, focusing on general studies. In 2012, they also had a study abroad experience at SKEMA Business School, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Kasey's education history also includes a study abroad year in 2009 at Lycée Georges-Leygues, where they concentrated on French Language and Literature.
