Morgan Phillips

Morgan Phillips currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Academic Excellence at Pima Community College, a position held since August 2014, and has a strong focus on enhancing academic programs and student success. Prior roles include Vice Chancellor for Academic Excellence and Campus Administrator, overseeing growth in online education and dual enrollment. Additional experience includes leadership as Campus President for multiple campuses and roles at Southeastern Community College and Valencia College, where Morgan contributed as Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs and Professor of Mathematics, respectively. Morgan holds a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida, along with multiple other degrees, showcasing a comprehensive background in education and administration.
