Floraine Baritel has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate finance and M&A. Floraine has been the Head of Corporate Finance at PIMAN Group since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Distressed M&A Director at Advance Capital from June 2021 to February 2022, where they were involved in restructuring processes, recovery fund raising, and acquisition processes within distressed contexts.

Before that, Floraine worked at KPMG as a Deal Advisory Manager from June 2018 to June 2021, where they focused on distressed M&A activities. Floraine also worked at CERALP where they launched the financial advisory department and conducted financial audit from July 2017 to June 2018.

Floraine'searlier experience includes working as a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at CM-CIC Corporate Advisory from November 2014 to June 2017, a Consultant Senior in Transaction Advisory Services at EY from September 2012 to November 2014, and a Qualité Intern at Groupe SAMAT from June 2010 to June 2012.

Floraine also gained experience as an intern at DC Advisory in Mergers & Acquisitions from April 2011 to December 2011, as an intern in industrial management control at Leroy Somer from March 2010 to September 2010, and as an intern in accounting expertise at Codex Lyon from May 2009 to August 2009.

Floraine Baritel has a diverse education history. In 2007, they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Centrale Méditerranée. Following that, in 2010-2011, they pursued a Mastère spécialisé en ingénierie financière at emlyon business school. In 2016, Floraine attended ENOES: l'Ecole de l'Expertise Comptable et de l'Audit to obtain a DSCG (Diplôme supérieur de comptabilité générale). From 2017 to 2019, they studied at the Ordre des experts-comptables, where they obtained a Chartered certified accountant degree, specializing in Comptabilité et finance. Additionally, Floraine holds a Diplôme d'expertise-comptable from Ecole Centrale and EM Lyon.
