Teja Vemparala

Teja Vemparala is a professional with extensive experience in transaction analysis and risk assessment, currently serving as a Transaction Analyst and Risk and Portfolio Analyst at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since September 2020. Responsibilities include analyzing key performance indicators for a €13 billion portfolio across multiple European countries and conducting hold or sell analyses on assets valued between €40 million and €250 million. Prior to this, Teja worked at BA Continuum Solutions Private Limited as a Business Analyst, focusing on OTC trade data analysis, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance and Management from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
