Orest Kupyn

Orest Kupyn is a Computer Vision Research Engineer at PiñataFarms since May 2019, specializing in Deep Learning and Computer Vision projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Engineer at SoftServe, a Research Engineer at WANNABY, and a Data Scientist at ELEKS, where Orest built statistical models and developed machine learning algorithms. Orest also worked as a Software Engineer at SoftServe and Vakoms, focusing on iOS and MacOS development. Orest holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from National University 'Ivan Franko', a Master’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science from Ukrainian Catholic University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering Science at the University of Oxford.
