Michael J. Martinez

Michael Martinez is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Pine Brook Partners since June 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Associate General Counsel and Vice President at CCMP Capital Advisors, LP at CCMP Capital Advisors. Michael's legal career began at Sidley Austin LLP as an Associate before transitioning to Latham & Watkins. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
