Senior Vice President, Operating Assets at Pine Gate Renewables

Michelle Dueitt, JD has over 25 years of professional experience. Michelle currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Operating Assets at Pine Gate Renewables, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE as the Head of Asset and Partnership Management from 2019 to 2023. Michelle has also held various roles in non-profit organizations as a volunteer and leader from 2008 to 2023.

Before joining Pine Gate Renewables, Michelle worked at Praxair as the Director, Global Strategic Accounts from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they led a transformation in account management towards strategic partnerships and advised executive leadership on strategy, competition, and industry developments.

Michelle also gained valuable experience at Maersk Drilling as a Strategic Account Director from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on building and maintaining strategic relationships.

Earlier in their career, Michelle worked at Shell from 1999 to 2015. Michelle held various positions including Business Development & Strategic Accounts Manager, LNG, Manager of Commercial Advisory Financial Consultants, Partnership and JV Manager, VP Finance, VP Operations (Venture Governance), Business Development Manager, Crude Pipelines & Terminals, and Category Manager, Retail and Hydrogen. In these roles, they played a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing revenue and costs, negotiating contracts, and strategizing with joint venture partners.

Michelle began their career as a Payroll Administrator at Primary Services in 1998.

Michelle Dueitt, JD earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Houston Law Center from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Commercial Academy at Shell Oil Company where they completed the Mastering Organizational Relationships course and the 4D Relationship Management Advanced Course. Michelle also attended the Management Academy at Shell Oil Company to study Joint Venture Governance. Michelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University. Additionally, they completed the Crisis Management and Media Course and the Advanced Negotiation Program at Shell Oil Company and the LNG & Power Production Course with a focus on Power Generation at Tokyo Gas.
