Viji Swaminathan

Viji Swaminathan is an accomplished Chief People Officer at Pine Labs since May 2022, leading workforce management and cultural development in a fast-growing company. Prior to this role, Viji served as the Head of Human Resources for Amazon India from December 2017 to December 2021, focusing on scaling operations through talent and culture. Viji also contributed as a Partner at CoCoon Consulting for 15 years, assisting clients with growth and turnaround strategies. Earlier experiences include roles at Hindustan Lever Limited and Hindustan Unilever Limited, starting as a Management Trainee and progressing to the Campus Relationship Manager position. Viji holds a PMIR degree in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master's & Bachelor's Degree from the Institute of Hotel Management.
