Oratile Mahashe

Oratile Mahashe is a professional in human resources with a strong background in talent acquisition and mentorship. Currently serving as a Junior Human Resource Generalist at Pineapple since December 2024, Oratile previously held roles such as Recruitment and Administration Officer at Supply Chain Partner and Talent Acquisition Intern at Optimi Learning. Oratile has extensive experience in mentorship, having been a Lead Mentor and First Year Experience Mentor at the Wits Development and Leadership Unit, which involved guiding first-year students and supporting fellow mentors. Additionally, Oratile has experience as an Academic Tutor in Sociology at the University of the Witwatersrand and as a Fundraising Officer for the Golden Key International Honour Society. Oratile holds an Honours degree in Labour, Economic and Development Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
