Aditya Krishnan

Aditya Krishnan is a Senior Research Scientist at Pinecone since October 2022, previously serving as a Research Scientist at the same company. Prior experience includes a Doctoral Student role at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering from August 2018 to October 2022, focusing on designing efficient algorithms for numerical linear algebra problems such as low-rank approximation and spectral density estimation. Aditya also interned at Pinecone in 2021, developing efficient product quantization algorithms for approximate nearest-neighbor search. Aditya holds a PhD in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, as well as a BS and MS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
