Corbett Waddingham is a seasoned professional in customer success and support engineering with extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing support processes across various technology companies. Currently serving as Staff Partner Engineer and Manager of Customer Success at Pinecone since August 2022, Corbett successfully revamped Tech Support processes during a period of rapid growth. Prior to that, Corbett held positions at Fauna Inc. as Director of Customer Success and Support Engineering, where a comprehensive support system was established, and at Neo4j as Lead Neo4j Aura Support Engineer, contributing to the support foundation for their DBaaS. Earlier roles at MongoDB, The Home Depot, Visiquate, AT&T, and the US Navy Reserves further developed Corbett's technical expertise in systems engineering and technical support. Corbett holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University-Maryland.
