Olesya Meeker has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Olesya started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at New Recruiting Group/Staffing Agency in Kiev, Ukraine from May 2008 to September 2011. Olesya then worked as a Senior Recruiter at VETEK Group of Companies, where they were responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers. Olesya also handled HR administration tasks such as training and development, organizing language courses, and orienting new employees.

After that, Olesya joined Verint Systems as a Technical Recruiter from June 2014 to December 2015, where they played a key role in the company's growth through the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies. Olesya recruited for both technical and non-technical positions and had a focus on roles such as project managers, business analysts, and developers.

From February 2016 to February 2020, Olesya worked as a Corporate Technical Recruiter at YRC Freight. In this role, they handled full lifecycle recruiting and supported the company's growth by developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Currently, Olesya is working as a Technical Recruiter at Pinecone starting from March 2023.
