Amie Ernst

Amie Ernst has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Amie is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pinecone since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Goldman Sachs as the Global Talent Leader for Core Engineering from 2022 to 2023. At Amazon Web Services, they held various roles including Sr. Manager of Recruiting for Database, Analytics, and Machine Learning from 2018 to 2021, Recruiting Leader for Databases, Analytics and Machine Learning from 2018 to 2021, Recruiting Manager for AWS AI from 2016 to 2021, and Sr. Technical Sourcer from 2014 to 2021. Before joining Amazon, Amie worked as a Recruiting Manager at TASI Group from 2011 to 2015. Amie also held roles as a Recruiting Operations Manager at Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions from 2008 to 2013, and as a Talent Specialist at Search Wizards in 2008.

Amie Ernst obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in HR Management with a focus on Human Resources at Capella University from 2006 to 2010.
