Belal Abdo has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on finance, operations, and governance. Belal Abdo is currently working as the Director Financial Systems at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre since January 2022. Belal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University, which they achieved from 2002 to 2005.

In December 2021, they earned a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors. Furthermore, they became a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in January 2021 through The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
