Belal Abdo (MBA, CIA, CRMA)

Belal Abdo has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on finance, operations, and governance. Belal Abdo is currently working as the Director Financial Systems at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Finance officer at Nutrition International from April 2019 to January 2022, overseeing budgeting and compliance. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Governance and Internal Controls at YES Consulting from February 2018 to March 2019. Belal also has experience working with international organizations such as UNICEF, where they held various positions including Operations Manager and Finance/Administrative Specialist from 2012 to 2018. Belal Abdo started their professional career as a Junior Auditor at Grant Thornton International Ltd, specializing in feasibility studies from September 2005 to May 2006.

Belal Abdo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Open University Malaysia, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wales, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.
