Morgan Wesley is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Pinehurst Resort since September 2014, Morgan has held multiple positions including Executive Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine. Prior experience includes Chef Garde Manger at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa and roles at Chicago Yacht Club and The Peninsula Hotels, where Morgan contributed to kitchen operations and food standards. Education was received at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chicago, between 2000 and 2002, enhancing culinary skills and knowledge.
