Charles W. Thomas

Charles Thomas has held key positions within the Pinellas County Tax Collector's Office since November 2000, currently serving as the Pinellas County Tax Collector since January 2017. In this role, Charles is responsible for the operational planning of the office and oversees four Tax Collector Deputies managing various departmental functions. Prior experience includes a tenure as Program Manager at Gordon-Darby, Inc., where Charles managed operations for multiple locations, overseeing substantial revenue and budgetary responsibilities. Charles holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Resource Management from Troy University.
