Staci Rodriguez

Staci (Thomas) Rodriguez is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in channel and alliances sales across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Channel and Alliances Sales for Americas at Ping Identity since June 2021, Staci also holds the role of Global Co Chair for Women of Ping. Prior to this position, Staci worked at Park Place Technologies from April 2018 to May 2021, where significant responsibilities included managing sales pipelines and serving on the Board for Dimensions focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Staci's career also includes key roles at SHI International Corp. and 360Training.com, where expertise in relationship management, sales strategy, and market intelligence was developed. Staci holds degrees from Wayland Baptist University and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
