Robin Fang

Robin Fang has extensive experience in human resources, organization development, and talent management. They most recently served as the SVP and Head of HR&Admin at PingCAP starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Human Resources at Meituan-Dianping from September 2017 to July 2022. They also held positions at Alibaba Group as the Organization Development and Leadership Development Director from November 2014 to September 2017, at Oracle as the Director of Organization and Talent Development from April 2012 to May 2014, at Microsoft as the Senior Manager of Organization Development and Talent Management from October 2009 to March 2012, and as the Manager of Organization Development and Talent Management from July 2007 to September 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Mercer from August 2004 to July 2007 and at Watson Wyatt from July 2002 to July 2004.

Robin Fang earned a Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering from Sichuan University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Robin then pursued a Master's degree in Management at Peking University from 2000 to 2002. Later, Robin furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Financial Analysis at HKUST Business School from 2007 to 2009.
