Brian Channell

Brian Channell has worked in the product design and research industry since 1992. Brian began their career at IDEO as a Product Designer, before moving to Philips Electronics as a Senior Designer in the Interactive Division. In 1995, they joined Cow, an interactive design agency in Santa Monica, as a Senior Producer and Managing Partner. After three years, they moved to Mattel as a Senior Producer in the Barbie & Girls Division, and then to Internet Brands Inc. (formerly CarsDirect.com) as the Director of Product Design. In 2005, they joined Yahoo! as the Senior Director of Product Design for the Global Media division. After 13 years, they moved to PeerStreet as the Head of Product & Design, and then to Internet Brands as the Chief Product Officer for the Legal Vertical, a KKR company. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Pinger as the Vice President of Product, Design and Research.

Brian Channell received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design between 1988 and 1992.
