Jeff Rogers

Jeff Rogers has held various positions in the technology industry since 2000. Jeff began their career at Thoughtworks as Lead Consultant and North American Quality Practice Lead, where they were responsible for the company's agile practice and managed a global team of 40+ testing professionals. In 2010, they moved to Groupon as Senior Engineering Manager of Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for the product quality strategies and investments in test driven development. In 2013, they took a position at Angie's List as Director of Engineering Quality, where they developed and deployed quality processes for two major Engineering offices. In 2014, they moved to Centro as Senior Director of Engineering, where they were responsible for the SDET and test engineering teams and steered the Product and Engineering teams toward strong delivery practices. In 2017, they joined Tempus, Inc. as Head of Engineering Quality and Technology Practices Lead, where they were responsible for the technology delivery practices. In 2021, they joined Atriumn Consulting as Principal Owner, where they provide Technology Leadership Consulting with a focus on continuous and agile project delivery. Jeff also joined Pinger as Head of Engineering Quality and Productivity, where they are driving the risk mitigation, developer productivity, and quality engineering disciplines.

Jeff Rogers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
