Josh Böhme

Josh Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and event production. As the Managing Partner and Realtor at Liton Properties since January 2019, Josh has specialized in residential home sales, buying assistance, rentals, and marketing new developments in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Additionally, as the Director of Operations at Liton Events since April 2008, Josh has overseen various corporate and entertainment events, emphasizing strategic marketing and promotions. Previously, from April 2007 to December 2017, Josh served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Liton Agency, a full-service artist and talent agency. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from George Mason University, completed in 2005.
