Yuri Kulischenko

Yuri Kulischenko is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Pink Taco since October 2023, Yuri also holds the position of Area Director at Shake Shack from July 2019. Previously, Yuri worked at TGI Fridays as Director of Operations from October 2017 to March 2019, and at Ignite Restaurant Group in a similar capacity from July 2013 to August 2016. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Romano's Macaroni Grill and Carlson, and as Joint Venture Partner at Panera Bread. Yuri's extensive career began as General Manager of Operations at Hard Rock Cafe and continued with multiple leadership positions at TGI Fridays from 1997 to 2006.
