Kelsey Gunter

Kelsey Gunter has worked in a variety of roles in the operations and development fields since 2012. At Pinnacle Promotions, they have worked as an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Assistant Account Manager since 2017. In their Operations Manager role, they monitored and managed inventory levels for company enterprise and program stores, completed purchasing and stock level upkeep for 20 online stores, and decreased the number of backorders by 60%. As a Senior Operations Coordinator, they managed store accounts for 10 program accounts, improved store order processing capacity by 500%, and placed 350+ monthly inventory and custom store orders. As an Operations Coordinator, they pioneered the creation of a new role within the company and worked closely with other departments to improve functionality of databases and order processing tools. As an Assistant Account Manager, they assisted account managers in daily tasks, worked within Salesforce to assign and complete tasks, and wrote up purchase orders to send to vendors.

At S Phase, LLC, they worked as a Program Manager from 2015 to 2016, managing 400 pharmaceutical Speakers Bureau programs, managing expenses and speaker honorariums, and logging communications and customer service with pharmaceutical company clients.

At Lewy Body Dementia Association, Inc., they worked as a Development Assistant from 2015 to 2016, processing donations, material requests, and working within the association's Raiser's Edge database. Kelsey also assisted for large events such as the first LBDA Gala, the first LBDA Virtual 5k, and other Community Fundraising events by processing weekly reports, logging metrics and communications, and communicating with donors and event registrants.

Finally, they worked as a Project Manager at CIFAL Atlanta from 2012 to 2015.
