Laura Hill

Laura Hill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. As the CEO and Executive Recruiter at Pinnacle Recruitment Services LLC since May 2015, Laura leads a firm dedicated to providing top-tier candidate placement services. Prior experience includes serving as the Central CA District Director for the California State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management from January 2020 to December 2021, and holding leadership roles such as President and Treasurer at the Kern County Chapter of Society for Human Resource Management from January 2016 to December 2019 and February 2012 to December 2015, respectively. Additional management experience includes roles as Branch Manager at Creative Financial Staffing from July 2010 to May 2015 and Business Development Manager and Office Manager at Sorci Construction Services from September 2004 to July 2010.
