Ryan Douglas

Ryan Douglas joined Pinnacle in January 2018 and was named Vice President of Operations in January 2020. In his role, Ryan provides direct oversight for all manufacturing and production operations, development and execution of continuous improvement activities, and provides key insight for our long term strategic vision.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Ryan spent 10 years in operations, processing and marketing at LifeNet Health. During his tenure at LNH Ryan oversaw the operations group that included all musculoskeletal and live cell manufacturing, while focusing primarily on spine solutions.

Ryan earned a BA in Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan University.
