Mike Bruce -

Mike Bruce has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career as a Managing Partner at Bruce Staffing & Development LLC from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, they transitioned to ContinuServe where they worked as a VP of Engagement/Consultant until 2017. Following this, they joined Acuity Brands as a Sr. Manager DevOps & Quality Assurance from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Mike Bruce moved to Improving! where they served as a Principal Consultant DevOps and Cloud Architecture until October 2019. Finally, they are currently employed at Pinnacle as the VP of Software Engineering, a position they have held since October 2019.

Mike Bruce completed their education with a Diploma in High School from The Morgan School in 1988. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Troy University in Montgomery from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended both The University of Georgia and the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Leadership and Strategy.
