Lepi Natalia Manullang

Lepi Natalia Manullang has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2017, they completed an internship at PT.Chakra Jawara (Tiara Marga Trakindo Group). Following that, in 2018, they worked as an Assistant Lecturer for the Head of Information System Department at Universitas Advent Indonesia.

In 2019, Lepi joined PT. ASABRI (Persero) as an IT Admin, where they adapted to workflow changes, computerized office activities, and troubleshooted employee concerns. From 2021 to 2022, Lepi worked at Ajaib as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, they closely collaborated with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to attract and hire the best talent for outsourcing positions.

Currently, they are employed at Pintarnya, a technology startup based in Indonesia. As a Sr. Employer Success, their tasks involve interviewing and assessing prospective applicants, building long-term relationships with clients, and screening potential candidates.

Lepi Natalia Manullang completed their Senior High School education at SMA Negeri 3 Depok from 2011 to 2014. Lepi then pursued a degree in Computer Science, specializing in Information Technology, at Universitas Advent Indonesia. Lepi obtained a Sarjana Komputer (S.Kom) degree in 2018.
