Esther Kim currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Operations for Trust & Safety at Pinterest since August 2024. Prior to this role, Esther held multiple positions at LinkedIn from March 2021 to August 2024, including Chief of Staff for Trust Engineering and Trust Operations, where responsibilities included developing multi-year plans and building high-functioning teams. Esther also oversaw operations analytics for Trust & Safety and led project management functions, notably launching LinkedIn's first Managed Service Provider model in EMEA and NAMER.
